Why bother?

Theres no use in downloading this game. I say this because no matter what devise I use, my iPod or iPhone, once I get passed a certain point in the game it crashes when ever I try to play my load game. At the "waiting screen" or what ever you call it, once the bar reaches about 3% the app crashes.
